I can't believe my baby boy is one week old already. This week has flown by! I had him last Thursday night at 10pm and we brought him home Friday around 5pm. He has been a great eater and sleeper. We had one bad night a few nights ago, but figured out he does not like to be swaddled like the other boys did. He sleeps so much longer with his arms up by his head and his legs all scrunched up. Benjamin loved to be swaddled tight in a Velcro swaddle blanket until he was over a year old!
He is a sweet baby and may very well be my easiest baby yet. I have been so blessed with my babies! I thought for sure I was in for it with this third one, but he might just be in shock at the noise level around here.
The older boys love him. They held him right away and now he pretty much is just a part of life. The check on him when he cries, and get really excited about him driving anywhere with us.
My recovery is going well. I feel pretty good right now. I know it will take time for my body to bounce back after carring that big ol baby around for so long. I will post about my labor soon.
